Scheduling around your operations
Most warehouses prefer overnight or weekend cleans to avoid any interaction with moving equipment. We coordinate with your operations manager on shift patterns, lockout procedures, and any zones where access is restricted to your staff or requires specific safety documentation.
What drives the price
Cleanable square footage, the condition of the floor going into the contract (a neglected floor may need a deep strip and reseal before it comes into a regular rotation), the number of washrooms and staff areas, frequency, and any restricted or regulated zones that need specific protocols or supervision.
