Your team finishes for the day, our team arrives, and the next morning you walk into a space that is ready for business without anyone having dragged a vacuum past a client meeting the day before.
How access typically works
Most after hours clients provide us with keys, fobs, or alarm codes at onboarding. We are fully insured to hold keys for client facilities, every key is logged and labelled only with an internal reference code, and they are stored in a locked system at our end. For facilities that prefer not to issue access, we can arrange a meet on site with a nominated person, or keep a designated on site contact during the cleaning window. Alarm arming and disarming is documented so there is always a record of who touched what and when.

Evening starts from around 5pm onwards, overnight cleans that run into the small hours, early morning slots that finish before 7am, weekend daytime cleans, and weekend overnight cleans for facilities that have strict business hour exclusions during the week.
What drives the price
The cleaning scope itself, priced by square footage and facility type, with a small scheduling premium only on the most unsocial hours such as midnight starts and statutory holiday shifts. Standard evening and early morning cleans are priced at the same rate as daytime cleans.
