It's also worth asking whether the same people clean your space each time or whether it's a rotating crew, because consistency usually comes down to whether their staff stay. Make sure they're insured
A commercial cleaner should carry liability insurance and cover for their staff. Ask to see proof rather than take a yes for it. If someone's hurt in your building or something gets damaged, you don't want that landing on you.
Read the contract before you sign
